My research interests lie at the intersection of student experience, digital marketing and higher education pedagogy. I explore how gamification, digital learning tools, and learning analytics can enhance student engagement, belonging, and retention, particularly within international and postgraduate cohorts. I am also interested in the role of AI in education, academic integrity, and the design of inclusive, student-centred learning environments. My work often integrates real-world applications through industry collaboration and experiential learning approaches.
