Overview

David joined the University of Hertfordshire in April 2018 as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing within the Business School. David has 25 years marketing experience and has held senior management roles in both the private and public sectors. Most recently David was part of the Marketing Team at Public Health England where he worked on award winning national behaviour change campaigns including Change4Life, Stoptober, Be Clear on Cancer, Act FAST, Smokefree and One You.

David obtained a PhD in 2021 having studied part-time with the Open University. His research investigated the use of partnerships in national social marketing campaigns and he is in the process of publishing the study in academic journals.
