Overview
PhD holder (Management) and Senior lecturer in HRM, who is a module leader for UG and PG modules, including Managing People, Leadership and Organisations, Strategic Leadership and HRM, Applied Business Project. I am also a Deputy Programme Leader for a BA Business Management programme. Professional Community Development Lead for the HRM subject dept. Supervisor and/or second supervisor for various MA HRM dissertation and DBA students.
Research interests
I enjoy researching extreme working environments, emergency service work, the intersection of parenting and work, emotional dirty work and emotional labour.
