Overview

Konstantinos is a Lecturer in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management at the School of Physics, Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Hertfordshire. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Process Management and Operations Management from the Section of Industrial Management and Operational Research of the School of Mechanical Engineering of National Technical University of Athens. He also holds a M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the School of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering of the University of Patras (2012-2017).

His research interests concern the areas of Business Process Improvement (BPI) with the Lean Six Sigma Methodology, Continuous Improvement (CI) of Business Processes and Business Operations, the Adoption of Contemporary Technologies for BPI (Industry 4.0), and Operations & Supply Chain Management and Improvement, having published articles in scientific journals, conferences, and book chapters. He has also participated in research and consulting projects related to Organisation, Modeling and Improvement of Business Processes and Operations, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management and the Application of Industry 4.0 Technologies.

He has also worked for 1 year in the Airbus FHS Supply Chain Team.
