George is the Deputy Head of Economics and a Principal Lecturer at the Hertfordshire Business School. With a broad range of research interests, he has authored papers in the fields of financial economics, financialization, information systems, and pedagogy, accumulating over 200 citations on google scholar. He has been a reviewer for high impact journals, acted as an associate editor for international conferences, and supervised and examined numerous doctoral students. George has a track record of developing and leading successful academic courses and has served as an external examiner for the University of Surrey, Kingston University, and Aberystwyth University.
