Mrs Katherine Radley

Kathy's professional background is as a Registered Nurse.  She works as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire and clinically within a Community Dermatology Service as a Dermatology Specialist Nurse.

Research interests lie within the area of chronic skin conditions, particularly acne and some of the lower profile conditions such as hyperhidrosis and hidradenitis suppurativa.

She participated on the steering groups of the James Lind Alliance Priority Sharing Partnerships into unanswered research questions for both hidradenitis suppurativa and hyperisdrosis.

Kathy is a Senior Lecturer in Postgraduate Medicine working across the MSc provision in Clinical Dermatology and Skin Lesion Management.

A nurse by profession, she contineus to work clinically as a Dermatology Specialist Nurse.

Kathy's teaching is in dermatology care informed very much by her clinical practice.  Her skills lie within chronic skin disease management and provision of care for patients with skin disease.
