Overview

Laura is currently a Research Fellow for NIHR PHIRST Connect.

She has worked in applied public health, qality improvement and health policy research for the past 15 years. Laura has predominantly focused on public health research including interventions tackling medication adherences, physical activity promotion and diet in primary care and community settings, but has also conducted evaluations of quality imporvement initiatives in hospital sites. Her health policy research included process reviews of mental health review meetings (ICETRs), qualitative insights into NHS admin and a national survey of local authorities using community champion aproaches during Covid-19, among other topics.
