Overview

I am a Senior Research Assistant at the Centre for Research in Public Health and Community Care (CRIPACC), in the School of Health and Social Work, University of Hertfordshire. Prior to joining CRIPACC, I worked in Mental Health Services for the NHS and the charity sector. I have a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree and MSc Research in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire. 

My research interests include eating behaviours, neurodiversity, food and public health. As a research assistant, I have worked on projects such as mental health in young people, school absences, ARFID and school food. I am deeply committed to using research to inform public and policy debates to effect change and improve lives.
