Lauren Schumacher is a Senior Research Assistant at University of Hertfordshire. With previous positions held at Anna Freud Centre, King’s College London, and Coventry University, Lauren is experienced in the delivery of randomised controlled trials and feasibility randomised controlled trials for health behaviour interventions. Lauren’s research interests lie in psychoneuroendocrinology, with previous work focusing on the role of stress and cortisol in wound healing in women undergoing post-mastectomy breast reconstruction.
