Lindsy joined the University of Hertfordshire in 2004 having previously worked as a sport scientist and nuritionist. Although much of Lindsy's experience comes from working with elite athletes she also works with the general public and is still actively involved with local schools encouraging good health through physical activity and healthy eating.
