Early career researcher, working as a senior research assistant within the Human Methods Research Unit at the University of Hertfordshire. Current projects include working closley with Kidney Care UK and UK Kidney Association analysing the free text comments in response to Kidney Patient Reported Experience Measure and investigating the impact of COVID-19 on patient experience of kidney care.
