Nadine is a Business Analyst within the Project Office at UH, specialising in the implementation of new information systems. Nadine is also a Doctoral Student currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration with Hertofrdshire Business School.

Nadine's thesis is focused on the adoption of MS Teams by organisations, and the outcomes of this adoption for organisational culture. Nadine has published two research papers on this topic, which represent various stages of her doctoral journey and findings. She hopes to complete her Doctorate by the end of 2023.
