Dr Nadine Goldthorpe

Nadine is a Business Analyst within the IT Team at UH, specialising in the implementation of new information systems. Nadine also holds a Professional Doctorate in Business Administration from Hertfordshire Business School. Currently, she is researching the application of AI in Higher Education as part of a multi-displinary team of UH researchers.

Nadine's doctoral thesis was focused on the adoption of MS Teams by organisations, and the outcomes of this adoption for working practices and organisational cultures. Nadine has previously published two research papers on this topic, which represent various stages of her doctoral journey and findings. She completed her  Doctorate in 2025.

Nadine has taught a number of Information systems subjects as a Visiting Lecturer within Hertfordshire Business School, responsible for the creation of a Module covering multiple aspects of e-Business. She has also taught other topics including Database Essentials and Human-Computer Interface.
