Nathan Baddoo is a Principal Lecturer in the School of Computer Science. He is also a member of the Science and Technology Research Institute (STRI). Nathan was involved in a European initiative, with the European Network of Excellence (NoE), to standardize empirical software engineering research in Europe. His research focuses on the relationship between developer motivation and software quality, software process improvement (SPI) and software project performance. A recent output of his research is a model of motivation that was developed in close collaboration with researchers from Brunel University and the Open University.
