Overview

Dr Harding is a Lecturer in Ecology with an interest in how our ecosystems respond to environmental changes, both in the present day and during the Quaternary period.  Dr Harding's core expertise are in modern ecology (lake monitoring, seasonal ecological changes and algal ecological preferences) and palaeoecology (diatoms), palaeoclimatology (stable isotopes) and chronology (tephrochronology, radiocarbon and 210Pb dating and Bayesian age modelling).
