Overview

Dr Raphael Oseghale is a Senior Lecturer in Management Leadership and Organisation at Hertfordshire Business School, University of Hertfordshire. Prior to joining Hertfordshire Business School, Raphael held academic position of Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Coventry University and Swansea University, UK.

Raphael received his PhD in business studies (talent management) from Swansea University. He is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA). His research interests centre on the interface between Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Big Data (BD) and Human Resource Management/Talent management, specifically the interactions between machine learning/BD and talent/career development, knowledge transfer, wellbeing, participation in social networks and organisation performance.

Raphael has published in journals such as Human Resource Development International. His scholarly work has also been published as chapters in peer-reviewed books.
