Research interests

In my role as Principal Lecturer on the DClinPsy at the University of Hertfordshire I co-lead on a research stream interested in exploring Clinical Psychology training and professional issues.

Projects I am currently Supervising under this research stream:

  • Experiences of parents who complete the DClinPsy
  • Dilemmas in self-disclosure: a grounded theory analysis of trainee clinical psychologists use of self-disclosure in problem based learning.
  • PBL and me: how do racially minoritized trainees make sense of their Problem Based Learning experiences

  • Exploring the impact of COVID-19 on the postnatal period for women experiencing postnatal depression
