Overview
Saara is a Lecturer in Sports Business Management at University of Hertfordshire. Prior to this, she was a Lecturer in Sport Management at Northumbria University in Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Saara recently completed her PhD at Northumbria University, examining the meanings sexually diverse volunteers gave to sport volunteering, the ways in which they managed, negotiated and constructed their identities through identity work and the ways in which they influenced inclusion through diversity work.
