Dr Tai Ibitoye is a Senior Lecturer in Masters of Public Health and Reseacher. She has an extensive background in public health, nutrition and dietetics. She holds a PGDip in Dietetics and Nutrition, MSc in Human Nutrition and a PhD in Food and Nutritional Sciences.
