Dr Tassos Patokos is a Principal Lecturer in Economics at Hertfordshire Business School. His research interests are in the fields of Game Theory, Social Choice theory, decision making, Behavioural Economics and Political Economy. He is also one of the leading researchers in a project with the charity FareShare that aims at optimising surplus food redistribution.
