Overview

Dr Vidas Regelskis is a Senior Lecturer in Mathematics specialising in Mathematical Physics and Data Science. After gaining his PhD in Mathematics from the University of York in 2013, he held postdoctoral positions in Surrey (EPSRC Fellow), Alberta, York and Vilnius (LMT Fellow). He joined the University of Hertfordshire in 2018. His research focuses on the role of symmetries, such as Kac-Moody algebras and quantum groups, in the theory of integrable models and field theories. He contributes to the teaching of Mathematics, Physics, and Data Science degrees.
