Key findings

The project is currently half way through the 3 year period of the award. To date the differences between the structure of healthy and diseased nails has been partially elucidated and reasons for any differences are being investigated. Key data will be generated towards the end of the final year when the intention is to exploit any differences between healthy and diseased nails to develop more effective treatments for nail disease.
