Description
The University of Hertfordshire will provide research and analytical support for Flybrid and Caterpillar in the development of the new flywheel and containment system. After some initial analysis to support the design process and life cycle analysis the focus of our work will be on numerical simulation and modeling for improved performance and understanding of the flywheel and containment system.
