Project Details

Description

As the Senior Business Analyst on AOL's LLU MIS project, I was responsible for leading the analysis and requirements gathering efforts, defining the scope, and managing the development process. The project aimed to provide real-time insights into network and service performance to allow AOL to identify issues quickly and optimize its service delivery, reduce operational costs, and improve customer satisfaction. To achieve this, I worked with various stakeholders, including network engineers, operations teams, customer service, and senior management, to ensure that their requirements were captured and integrated into the MIS system. This required a significant amount of coordination, communication, and collaboration with different teams, as there were multiple work packages, projects, and programmes involved in the overall LLU initiative.

Key findings

The project faced significant risks and challenges, including technical risks, such as the system's ability to handle large amounts of data, as well as operational risks, such as ensuring that the system's data was accurate, reliable, and secure. To mitigate these risks, I conducted extensive testing and analysis of the system, ensuring that it met the project's requirements and could handle the expected data volumes. Additionally, I implemented rigorous data security and privacy measures to ensure that customer and network data were protected.
