Automating searching and visualising data analysis results

Transpharmation Ltd is a leading preclinical contract research organisation. It provides research services delivering the critical pieces of information needed to realize the full potential of preclinical assets. The aim of this project is to automate searching and visualising data analysis results and some raw data, which can be easily demonstrated to their clients. Transpharmation currently has two sets of analysed data including MoSeq outputs and EEG analytic outputs. All the outputs are stored in plain text files and there are other files storing raw EEG data, which is not easy to search and visualise under a client’s requirements. This project will establish and implement a methodology (e.g. adopting using database or searching scripts) to automate the searching process, linking data analytic results to the raw data, as well as visualising them.
