Project Details
Description
A micro-enterprise in traditional lime products and the University of Hertfordshire will formulate a bio-enhanced lime wash self-repairing building surface to up-skill local communities in Shetland in maintenance of heritage buildings. The approach increases carbon absorption in facades, reduces conventional maintenance emissions and secures tourism income by protecting cultural heritage.
