Description

Addictions is a growing issue in both Japan and the UK. There is an urgent need for innovation in prevention and research. The proposed activities will provide a unique opportunity to share and improve scientific knowledge on both substance and non-substance related addictions, highlighting current gaps and encouraging a much-needed information exchange among professionals working in the field to improve mental health, while better understanding the rapidly changing scenario and its cultural specificities.
