Description
I was the project manager of ICAP's Compliance & Risk S26: Transformation Programme, a strategic initiative aimed at improving the company's compliance and risk management processes to better meet regulatory requirements and enhance overall operational efficiency. The programme had a phased approach, with each phase consisting of specific deliverables and timelines.
One of the main challenges we faced was the implementation of new technology solutions, which required significant changes to existing processes and procedures. This led to the need for staff training and development, as employees had to adapt to new ways of working. We also had to navigate the inter-dependencies between multiple work-streams, ensuring that all teams were working cohesively towards the common goal of the programme.
