Description
The aim of an overarching project is to develop a satellite internet user terminal that uses SDR and CPU/GPU software processing as the prime technologies for radio transceiving. Under this Agreement, the University will carry out Research which will assist the development and implementation of the
following:
• the DVB-S2X physical layer;
• the DVB-RCS2 physical layer;
• the bidirectional SDR testbed; and
• the minimal signalling plane.
