Description
This project builds on the success of the 2023 IAA “Shaping Future Latina” summer school. Due to its impact and generated interest, this year, we are expanding our efforts this year with two projects:
•“Shaping Future Latina 2024” will advocate for sustainable scenarios and design a shared vision for the city, aiming to build an atlas of solutions for incomplete areas.
•“Geraci Siculo: Missione Futuro,” with Geraci Siculo City Council and Edizioni Arianna, will investigate sustainable mechanisms to improve resilience and repopulate the shrinking town, fostering economic activity and a shared vision.
At the end of this project, we aim to bring the outcomes here in Hertfordshire and engage with local communities and urban environments that share similar issues.
