Description
UK Renal Registry (UKRR) and Kidney Care UK (KCUK) have developed the first national renal patient experience survey for use with patients in England and Wales, the Patient Reported Experience Measure, a paper based survey reaching over 8,000 patients in the pilot phase in 2016. We are in the process of validating the instrument and working with UKRR to improve survey access, including translating the PREM into Gujarati and Urdu, and making it available online on a Qualtrics platform and running and monitoring it on UKRR's behalf.
