Development of a self-management behaviour questionnaire [and protocol for clinical use] for people with Chronic Kidney Disease on dialysis in the UK

Development of a Self Management Scale for patients living with End Stage Renal Disease. The project will encompass initial evaluation of the self management literature, existing scales, patient and expert opinion to develop a self-management scale. The scale will subsequently be piloted and evaluated in the patient population.
