Project Details
Description
The wax moth larvae (Galleria mellonella) is an established preclinical tool for infectious disease research and evaluation of antimicrobials. This project will determine the suitability of research grade G. mellonella more broadly as a model for preclinical drug screening and toxicity testing as a high throughput alternative to mammalian testing.
