Do Something Different is a groundbreaking approach to behaviour change that is being applied to a wide range of change issues in organisations and communities around the world.

Key findings

Do Something Different has been shown to be effective for a wide range of health issues including weight loss, smoking, stress, teenage problems, family functioning, mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and coping with stroke. It has also been used by corporates around the world in many difficult change issues including stress management, diversity and inclusiveness, innovation, stress, effective management, developing digital marketing etc.
