Drug efficacy prediction by using machine learning techniques

Transpharmation Ltd is a leading preclinical contract research organisation. It provides research services delivering the critical pieces of information needed to realize the full potential of preclinical assets. The aim of this project is to develop a robust model to predict the efficacy of new drugs using machine learning. The Company has existing preclinical drug efficacy results with respect to drug type, dose, duration, mouse (strain, age, gender), etc. This project will use the existing data to cluster the drug efficacy experiments with visualised outputs. Then these patterns are used to predict a new drug efficacy as per its experiment data. Given the timescale of this project, we would focus on MoSeq data analysis. If the project goes smoothly and time allows, this project will also cover EEG data analysis.
