Project Details
Description
The primary proposal is to establish a registry of people living with OCD who are interested in taking part in research projects, providing a simplified way for researchers and people with OCD to work together to aid the development of new knowledge and treatment for OCD. The registry would be made available to support identification of willing participants for research studies.
Reach
The Registry would initially cover people living in the United Kingdom, and potentially the EU. It may be the case that the initial focus will be on the UK while the legal status of, and ethical and governance issues relating to data collected on the EU is dealt with.
The registry would be open to any person who self identifies as living with OCD, and can access the necessary internet enabled device to access the database .
