Evaluation of Best Beginnings 'Baby Buddy' Phone App

A. Best Beginnings (“the Funding Body”) has been awarded funding from the Big Lottery Fund to develop mobile phone applications which engage and support young mothers. The Funding Body posted an invitation to tender for the ‘Academic Evaluation of Best Beginnings’ ‘Baby Buddy Phone App’ project, (the “ITT”), Version 2.0 of the Baby Buddy App (“the APP”) to be subject to a comprehensive external academic evaluation by the Lead University and the Collaborating Universities (“the Project”); and
