Aims of the contract
The aim of the contract is to provide the Welsh Government with “timely, robust information on the implementation and indicative outcomes of the introduction of Buvidal across Wales and particularly on the wider service impacts and potential future adaptations required as a result of this new treatment. The contract will enable some assessment of the value for money elements of this treatment, including wider savings. Put more simply, the aim of the contract is to commission researchers to conduct a process and impact evaluation and to assess the cost-effectiveness of Buvidal.
