Project Details
Description
The overall aim of the research project is to understand how to develop effective processes for asserting the fundamental right to health for a range of vulnerable, marginalised and excluded groups. We want to understand the barriers to accessing healthcare and, through co-production with community members and healthcare providers, identify how barriers might be resolved to allow fuller realisation of the right to healthcare.
This funding will enable the research team to begin preliminary work around developing meaningful frames of participation and involvement. The research team will identify relevant community groups and work directly with their members and advocates to co-produce involvement frames that can be rolled out across a number of pre-identified temporary accommodation and traveller sites within the East of England.
