Facilitating the impact of infant feeding research: identifying and collaborating with national and local stakeholders

This project aims to increase the impact of the applicant’s current and future research in their specialist area of infant feeding. Two parallel activities are proposed:
1) mapping of national-level infant feeding stakeholders and existing networks / groups to enable strategic communication of the applicant’s relevant research findings and proactively seeking out research and professional connections.
2) implementation of two phases of networking activities as a result of the stakeholder mapping exercise to facilitate the generation and discussion of novel research ideas and identify opportunities for research collaboration that align with current national and /or local need;
a) individual exploratory meetings (to map expertise and research priorities in relation to infant feeding and their role)
b) if appropriate, convene a forum/ workshop (to refine and make research plans).
