Description
As the Target Operating Model Programme Manager for Deutsche Bank's Global KYC Transformation Programme, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks and duties that were critical to the success of the project. My role involved developing and implementing the target operating model for the project, which included defining and documenting the new processes, systems, and structures required to achieve the transformation objectives.
One of my primary responsibilities was to establish and maintain the governance framework for the project. This involved defining the program goals, scope, timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders were aligned and committed to the project's success. I reported project progress to senior leadership and steering committees, providing updates on project risks, issues, and challenges. It was my responsibility to ensure the project was delivered on-time and within budget.
