Commissioned review of the design and delivery of the Assessment and Development Centre to identify potential areas of unfair bias which might lead to disparate impact for protected groups, and to offer best practice insight. The ADC was reviewed against British Psychological Society and international standards for the design and implementation of Assessment Centres.
