Project Details
Description
The Knowledge Transfer in the Indigo Tree project will focus on market awareness and understanding customer requirements, especially in relation to client needs around inclusion and accommodating less-abled customer segments.
Software development supervision will predominantly be delivered by existing resources within Indigo Tree. As development occurs, knowledge and information about the impact of the novel platform will be needed. For this, initially, interviews will be held with key stakeholders to identify and determine the needs and requirements of the new platform. Once implementation occurs, interviews will be held with the key stakeholders once again. This could serve as the pilot phase. Following comments from the stakeholders, corrections will be made. Once the platform will be finally implemented, interviews and evaluation will be conducted using social media evaluation tools
