(Stage 2) How are inclusive and age-friendly communities envisaged in a post-COVID and post-Brexit world? The proposed research focuses on how we can improve the inclusion of marginalised middle to older aged people (aged 45+) – specifically those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and other (LGBT+) by exploring their everyday realities of inclusion, exclusion, and community participation.
