This is a continuation of the research project (C003252) carried out by the University for Alphasense Ltd, Braintree Essex. The research has already led to the Alphasense OPC-N2 and OPC-N3 aerosol sensors that have now been soled to more than 70 countries worldwide and represent UH's largest royalty income stream. The new project, being the third phase of the technology development, will focus on the design and development by UH of the dultra-compact R1 and R2 personal air quality sampler units.
