Description
Making Positives Moves (MPM) is a programme of research, primarily funded by NIHR, that has developed a) a model to explain the foundations and support that a person with learning disabilities needs to avoid being readmitted into a mental health hospital b) a coproduced toolkit for people living in the community and those who support them.
A new Positive Partnerships Teams NHS service in Essex is using the MPM model and toolkit in their service delivery, and this proposed impact evaluation will explore service user quality-of-life and wider experiences of using the toolkit. This will support larger scale national adoption.
