The grant requested is to support a patient and public involvement (PPI) investigation to explore the opinions and views on tube feeding of adults receiving long-term enteral tube feeding via a percutaneous gastrostomy (PEG) following a stroke and opinions and views of their carers and healthcare professionals. There is currently limited published evidence in this area and the findings from the proposed study will provide preliminary evidence that will be used to inform future substantive research in this patient population.
