Proof of Concept for a Social Enterprise

The project involved the scoping and defining of a research project to generate evidence that would demonstrate and evaluate the extent to which the emerging business model of a social enterprise was financially and socially sustainable. A proposal and theoretical approach were developed and an initial pilot exercise was proposed. This included identifying funding streams and developing initial secondary and primary data sources. The project ceased following negotiations of a Non-Disclosure Agreement after it became evident that the client would be unable to commit the time required to maintain the project's development.
