Description
The Kidney Patient Reported Experience Measure [Kidney PREM] is a validated survey, run annually by the UK Kidney Association and Kidney Care UK, supported by the University of Hertfordshire. Kidney PREM gives individuals with kidney disease the opportunity to share their experience of care, informing quality improvement in service delivery. Respondents can leave a free-text comment, with some suggesting improvements to patient experience that could be implemented relatively easily, without significant resource or time requirements. This award will allow us to work with centres to create case study examples of how the Kidney PREM has been used to action change.
