Project Details
Description
This project develops a pilot project (conducted in the Business School in 2016) examining staff and students' perceptions of challenges and opportunities resulting from a high level of internationalisation or superdiversity (Vertovec, 2007) in order to identify a list of challenges typical of multicultural classrooms.
Layman's description
A significant proportion of students with diverse cultural backgrounds study at UH. We want to investigate what their experiences of studying in such a context has been, what challenges they've faced and opportunities they have discovered in dealing with those challenges.
